Cirrus is a payment card brand owned by MasterCard Worldwide. It is designated with two blue circles and an inscription Cirrus placed below.

The Cirrus brand also embraces the global network of ATMs established in 1982 which handle all the cards issued by MasterCard. At present, the network associates over 2 million of ATMs.
