Polskie ePłatności (Polish ePayments – PeP) is a leading Polish merchant acquirer in Poland offering a full range of in-store, online payment solutions and value-added services. with an installed base of more than 250 000 point-of-sales terminals, offering a broad set of payment solutions for SME merchants. Founded in 2010 Over the last 10 years, PeP exhibited impressive growth as a result of both organic growth and sizeable acquisitions with the terminal base more than tripling since mid-2016.

PeP is the fastest growing payment technology company in one of the fastest growing digital payment economies in Europe. The team of PeP is know for their high-quality in-house operation and business performance. Polskie ePłatności is the second largest payment terminal operator in Poland in terms of the number of devices.

Over the past five years, PeP has carried out a process of consolidation of the Polish payments market. As a result, it managed to acquire, among others, Kolporter’s terminal business, as well as PayUp, PayLane, BillBird and, most recently, TopCard. The company employs more than 700 people. As of October 2020, PeP became part of the Nets Group, which entered into a merger agreement with Italian payment services provider Nexi in July 2021.

Management

Maciej Nowosielski - President of the PeP Group Management Board

Maciej Nowosielski has been in leadership and management roles at strategic and operational levels for over 22 years. In his 25 years of experience, he has met businesses from 7 different industries. Currently, as of February 28, 2022, he is the CEO of Polskie ePłatności S.A. Group and its subsidiaries. He has been with PeP since May 2017, first as Commercial Director, and since January 2020 as Vice President of the Management Board. Previously, he worked with Advent International Investment Fund in the publishing and education markets as Commercial Director and Director of Business Development and Sales, respectively. In parallel, he carried out interim projects for companies such as Perfetti van Melle, Ricoh and Media Saturn Holding and many others. From 1997 to 2010, he was associated with the telecommunications industry. At Orange, he managed a network of indirect sales agencies and investment projects in the B2C and SOHO markets. Earlier, at Telekomunikacja Polska Group, he managed field structures in the areas of sales and operational marketing in managerial positions. He honed his competencies at the Executive MBA at The Nottingham Trent University & Poznań University of Economics, training courses offered by FT Group Management School Development Programs and postgraduate studies in management and marketing. He holds an Associate PM certification supported by MT&DC, TQM and SixSigma training. A practitioner, he is an experienced leader yes within organization development, change management or working with multidimensional commercial structures. Privately, he enjoys sharing his knowledge by conducting trainings and lectures at several universities in the country and is passionate about martial arts.

Żaklina Pawlak-Iwińska - Vice President of the Management Board

Żaklina Pawlak Iwińska was associated with Polish ePayments practically from the very beginning of the establishment of the company. In February 2019, she took the position of Vice President of HR, and since the end of 2019 she is a Member of the Supervisory Board of BillBird S.A. (a member of the Polish ePayments group). In the years 2011-2019 she was the HR Department Director. She gained her experience in the field of human resources management in 2010-2016 as HR Director at OPTeam S.A. She devoted the years 2007-2010 to work and gaining experience at the Rzeszów Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, as the head of the human resources department. A graduate of the University of Rzeszów in the field of sociology and history, with additional diplomas in human resources management, competence management, labor law and health and safety at work. She uses her significant experience to support the development of one of the fastest growing companies in the field of non-cash payments in Poland. She shares her knowledge and passion by participating as a speaker and expert in numerous conferences and seminars within the Podkarpacki HR Club. In her free time, she loves big and small travel, as well as modern methods of personal development of employees. Her outdoor activities are related to her passion for flowers and gardening.

Over the past 10 years, Jacek Kinecki has gained experience in the payments industry in a variety of management positions - most recently as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and board member at P24Dotcard Group companies - building and shaping the growth of PayPro's portfolio. He has been involved in the e-commerce and IT industry for years. His long-standing commitment to the development of the Przelewy24 service has resulted in the success of the brand and building a leadership position in the payment operator market. As CEO of PayPro S.A., he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, continuing its rapid growth, and ensuring stability and continuity of the highest quality services for business partners.
