Polskie ePłatności (PeP) is a leading Polish cashless payment operator offering a full range of payment solutions and many additional services. Currently, with a network of over 250,000 payment terminals, it offers a wide range of payment solutions for merchants in the SME sector. The company was founded in 2010. Over the past 10 years, PeP has experienced impressive growth through both organic expansion and significant acquisitions, and its terminal base has more than tripled since mid-2016.

PeP is the fastest-growing company in the payment technology industry among Europe’s fastest-growing digital payment markets. The PeP team is known for its high-quality internal operations and business performance. Polskie ePłatności is the second-largest payment terminal operator in Poland in terms of the number of devices.

Over the past 5 years, PeP has led the consolidation of the Polish payments market. As a result, it has acquired, among others, Kolporter’s terminal business, as well as PayUp, PayLane, BillBird, and most recently, TopCard. The company employs over 700 people. In October 2020, PeP became part of the Nets Group, which in July 2021 entered into a merger agreement with the Italian payment service provider Nexi.

Maciej Nowosielski - President of the PeP Group Management Board

Maciej Nowosielski has been in leadership and management roles at strategic and operational levels for over 22 years. In his 25 years of experience, he has met businesses from 7 different industries. Currently, as of February 28, 2022, he is the CEO of Polskie ePłatności S.A. Group and its subsidiaries. He has been with PeP since May 2017, first as Commercial Director, and since January 2020 as Vice President of the Management Board. Previously, he worked with Advent International Investment Fund in the publishing and education markets as Commercial Director and Director of Business Development and Sales, respectively. In parallel, he carried out interim projects for companies such as Perfetti van Melle, Ricoh and Media Saturn Holding and many others. From 1997 to 2010, he was associated with the telecommunications industry. At Orange, he managed a network of indirect sales agencies and investment projects in the B2C and SOHO markets. Earlier, at Telekomunikacja Polska Group, he managed field structures in the areas of sales and operational marketing in managerial positions. He honed his competencies at the Executive MBA at The Nottingham Trent University & Poznań University of Economics, training courses offered by FT Group Management School Development Programs and postgraduate studies in management and marketing. He holds an Associate PM certification supported by MT&DC, TQM and SixSigma training. A practitioner, he is an experienced leader yes within organization development, change management or working with multidimensional commercial structures. Privately, he enjoys sharing his knowledge by conducting trainings and lectures at several universities in the country and is passionate about martial arts.

Zuzanna Hotiuk - Członek Zarządu, CFO

A Chief Financial Officer with over 15 years of experience, she has been involved in the consumer finance sector from the very beginning, focusing on the development of financial services such as loans and credit, financial brokerage, insurance, and payment services. She has been with the Nexi Group and Polskie ePłatności since March 2024, and since early 2026, she has also served as a Member of the Management Board of Przelewy24. Since 2002, she has held managerial positions at the strategic and operational levels at Sygma Bank (Laser Group) as Chief Financial Officer, where she participated in the development of banking products and services. From 2012 to 2021, as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of Oney Polska (part of the French Oney Bank Group) and concurrently serving as Acting President of the Management Board of its subsidiary, Oney Services, she developed financial intermediary services, including the implementation of e-commerce solutions and payment services. From 2018 to 2021, as Chief Financial Officer of Smartney, she launched a new fintech company in the lending services industry. She has been involved in the POS terminal sector since 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer of Ingenico Polska, responsible for Eastern Europe. Through her professional career, she has gained expertise in financial management, business transformation, improving the efficiency of operations and processes, analyzing product profitability, monitoring liquidity management metrics, and capital management. She is a graduate of the Executive MBA Program at the University of Quebec at Montreal and prestigious postgraduate programs in finance and business at EDHEC—École de Hautes Études Commerciales du Nord—and the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford—Fintech Program. She holds a certificate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

A technology leader with over 20 years of experience in IT, specializing in the development of innovative solutions in the fintech and banking sectors. Since February 2023, he has served as CTO at Polskie ePłatności, and since January 2024, he has also been a member of the Management Board. He leads the company’s technology strategy, overseeing software development, business analytics, infrastructure, and IT risk management. Previously, he held key management roles at NatWest Bank, PCG Akademia, and Asseco Poland, where he implemented advanced technological processes, scaled IT teams, and led the commercialization of fintech startups. As Director of the Asseco Innovation Hub, he successfully incubated eight startups, two of which achieved market success. He is a graduate of the Rzeszów University of Technology and holds an MBA from the National Louis University School of Business. He is an expert and enthusiast in the areas of Agile, Lean Management, IT strategy, and new technologies.
